Some answers are too important to leave to AI alone — your refund policy, your pricing, a specific promotion. Custom Q&A lets you add a question and a guaranteed answer that the chatbot uses word for word.
When to use it
- Policies (returns, refunds, shipping cut-offs)
- Pricing and current promotions
- Anything where exact wording matters legally or commercially
How it works
- Open your chatbot and go to Custom Q&A.
- Add a question and the exact answer you want returned.
- The chatbot matches visitor questions to your Q&A — even across different phrasings and languages — and uses your answer verbatim.
Tips
- You don't need to add every phrasing; matching works semantically.
- Keep answers self-contained and accurate — they're returned exactly as written.
