Train your chatbot
How IntegrioChat learns your business from your website.
Your chatbot answers from your own content. When you add a website URL, IntegrioChat reads your pages and builds a knowledge base it uses to answer accurately.
How training works
- IntegrioChat crawls your site and extracts the text content of your pages.
- That content is indexed so the chatbot can find the most relevant passages for each question.
- When a visitor asks something, the chatbot answers using that content — it does not make things up. If it can't find an answer, it says so.
Keeping it up to date
- Re-train any time from the chatbot's Training tab after you update your site.
- Turn on auto-retrain to keep the chatbot in sync as your content changes.
Improving answers
- Add Custom Q&A for answers that must be exact (refund policy, pricing, promotions).
- Keep important information on crawlable pages (not locked behind logins or in images).
