Lead capture
Collect visitor details before the conversation starts.
Turn conversations into contacts. Before a chat begins, your assistant can ask visitors for their details, and every lead lands in your dashboard automatically.
How it works
- Turn on Lead capture in your chatbot's settings.
- Choose what to ask for — name, email, and/or phone.
- The form is shown before the chat starts; the chatbot won't continue until it's filled (or skipped, if you allow).
- Every captured lead appears in the chatbot's Leads tab.
Getting leads out
- Export leads from the dashboard.
- Use webhooks to push new leads into your CRM or email tool in real time (the
lead.capturedevent).
