How it works
- You write your website and Custom Q&A once, in your own language.
- When a visitor writes in another language, the chatbot understands the question and replies in that same language.
Setting a default language
By default the chatbot auto-detects. If you'd rather it always reply in one language regardless of what the visitor writes, set a default language in the chatbot's settings.
